Collaboration with Artist Rodrigo Gorosito
For those that don’t already know we will be doing a collaboration with Argentinian Artist Rodrigo Goro which will be a follow on from his puppet falls. Here’s a little but more information on Rodrigo, a young artist who works with different formats. His basis are drawing and painting but he also works as a creative in adverting agencies and freelancer illustrator in fashion campaigns. Nowadays, he’s busy working on a series of puppets which he throw in several cities around the world using different heights & cranes: A performatic work that he documents by video and photography the free fall of the human size puppet into the earth. He’s working with the idea of body suspension in an in-between space, in the air, between the beginning and the end of a journey. Here’s a link to the previous post about Rodrigo
Here’s a few pictures of past puppet falls.
Some details about previous falls from Rodrigo.
I make this man appear in different parts of the world giving new meanings through the same action to show the human fissures. Art cicatrize the soul.
